"I was hoping to get a..."
I was hoping to get a better sense of where their products actually come from, but the ethics and sourcing info felt thin to me. I also felt kind of passed around when I tried to find clearer answers, like nobody really had a solid explanation. Not saying it’s definitely bad, but I left feeling unsure.

"Tasty chocolate, but I wanted more options"
I actually really liked the chocolate, it tastes smooth and the flavors I tried were good. At the same time, I kept feeling like the selection was kind of limited. I don’t need a million choices, but I was still hoping for a few more fun flavors or maybe some seasonal ones. So I’d definitely say it’s good quality, just not the most exciting if you’re someone who likes trying new kinds all the time.

"I ordered the dark chocolate, but what..."
I ordered the dark chocolate, but what showed up was milk chocolate instead. I was disappointed because I specifically wanted dark chocolate, and I’d even been planning to have a couple pieces with my coffee after dinner. Not the biggest disaster in the world, but still annoying when you get something different from what you paid for

"Non-GMO info was basically hide-and-seek"
I was hoping the organic details would be clearer, especially the non-GMO stuff, but nope. It felt like the label was doing its best little “mystery badge” routine. Kind of disappointing when you’re actually trying to know what you’re buying.

I really wanted to like this, like really wanted to, but the ingredients just didn’t taste as good as I expected. The chocolate had a kind of gritty texture and didn’t seem super fresh to me. Maybe that’s just how it’s meant to be, but for the price, I was expecting a cleaner flavor and a smoother bite. It wasn’t awful or anything, just disappointing. I don’t think I’d order it again

"Thought it would be fresher"
I figured the chocolate would be really fresh, especially for the price, but it tasted kind of stale and dry right away. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I was disappointed and probably wouldn’t order it again.

"I get that it’s supposed to..."
I get that it’s supposed to be stone ground, but this was just way too gritty for me. It felt kind of sandy and dry, and I didn’t enjoy the texture at all. I tried to give it a chance, but I couldn’t even finish the bar. Definitely wish I’d read the reviews first before buying.

"Just wasn’t for me"
I gave it a try after ordering it and even checked my email receipt to make sure I’d gotten the right flavor, but it just wasn’t my thing. The taste was kind of chalky and a little too bitter for me. I was expecting it to be more enjoyable, but I probably wouldn’t get it again.

"Way too pricey for what you get"
I really wanted to like Taza Chocolate because I’d heard good things, but for me the price just didn’t match what I got. The bars are small, and while the flavor was fine, it didn’t feel special enough to justify spending that much.
This is where it got annoying: I kept thinking about how many other chocolate bars I could buy for less that I enjoy more. I get that some people might love the texture and style, but it wasn’t worth it for me, and I probably won’t buy it again.

"Rough packaging, especially for the price"
The chocolate itself might’ve been fine if I was just buying it to snack on or use in baking, but the box showed up crushed and the bars were banged up. For the price, I expected it to arrive looking a lot nicer, especially if someone was planning to give it as a gift. Disappointing, honestly.

"Didn’t really work for my diet"
I was hoping these would be a good option, but I couldn’t really find clear allergen info. From what I could tell, most of the bars seemed like they wouldn’t fit my dairy-free diet, so I didn’t feel comfortable taking the chance

"Shipping took way too long again"
My order showed up super late again, which was really frustrating. I reached out to support to ask what was going on, but it felt like they were blaming me instead of helping. I just wanted an update and maybe some accountability, not to feel like the delay was somehow my fault.
